Because of its ideal location, our house is an excellent starting point for marvellous excursions through Alta Badia and the Dolomites, a UNESCO natural world heritage site: explore the extraordinary mountains of South Tyrol and the many outdoor activities, perfect for every season of the year!
Our apartments are located near the Kronplatz Ski Resort, a veritable paradise for skiing and hiking. For this reason, our accommodation is ideal for both those who want to relax and those who love active holidays. The KRON 4 experience pool, with its spacious wellness area, is just a few minutes away and well worth a visit all year round. As our guests, you can also take advantage of the offers and discounts that come with the Bruneck Kronplatz Card that you’ll receive free on arrival.
Our apartments
Simply... get away from everything and enjoy a sense of well-being. Our comfy apartments are ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The rooms, with their attention to detail, have a pleasant charming atmosphere. Our apartments are fully furnished with everything you need for a vacation in South Tyrol. They are equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, satellite TV, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and dishwasher. Of course, the WIFI is included.
Our sunny terrace and private garden with play area are available to guests. There is ample parking in front of the house.

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 9:30 am.
On receiving the agreed deposit, written confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. In the event of cancellations, the deposit will not be refunded; in case of late arrival or early departure, guests will be charged for all booked days. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the scheduled start of the stay, the cancellation fee is equivalent to 100% of the cost of the booked stay; we therefore recommend that our guests take out cancellation insurance.
The prices listed are for a stay of at least 5 days.
The tourist tax, as provided for by law, is 2.50 euros per person per day (starting from age fourteen).
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

In South Tyrol, the warm weather offers nature lovers a huge choice of leisure activities. From cycling routes to excursions suitable for everyone, to the more demanding hikes on the peaks of the Dolomites... admire the gorgeous alpine lakes, explore the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park and the exceptional 3 Zinnen… Beautiful Puster Valley has so many sporting and nature activities, suitable for all ages, for a relaxing but physically rewarding holiday!
... and in the winter season
In the winter, you’ll have the time of your life on a holiday of pure fun in the snow. In fact, we are situated very near the extraordinary Kronplatz Ski Resort ski complex and the Alta Badia complex, with its famous “Sellaronda”. There’s downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, ski mountaineering and sledding: for both adults and children, the Puster Valley offers a wide variety of winter sports. Not far from our house is the shuttle stop for Kronplatz Ski Resort, which is free for our guests with the Holiday Pass card.
